SHIPPING

In most cases World Press Pass Kits are shipped out the following business day if orders are placed by 2:00 PM EST Monday to Friday. All orders received on the weekend are shipped out at 7:00 AM on Tuesday morning. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped. If your order has a tracking number it will be included in the email. All orders are processed overnight and shipped out at 7:00 AM the following business day in most cases. If we have a question regarding your order, we will send you an email. If we do not get a timely reply, we will call you by phone. Orders can only be shipped if we have your complete name, shipping address and a proper head shot picture of yourself sent to us in a JPEG format. Please follow the ordering instructions outlined.

RETURNS

We offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on all Press Pass Kits.

If for any reason you are not 100% pleased with your purchase, simply send us an email through our Contact Us page and let us know how we can assist you.

If you would like to return your Press Pass Kit, please follow these instructions:

1) Send us an email with your name, and photographer ID number and we will give you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

2) Include this RMA number on the packing slip we include with your order and include the entire packing slip.

3) Include all the items that were shipped to you. If any items are missing, the value of those items will be deducted from your refund.

4) We will advise you which address to return your package to by return email.

5) Email us a picture of the package before you ship it back to us.

6) Info for customs must state: "Defective goods returned under warranty to original manufacture. Declared value $10." Any brokerage charges on returned packages improperly marked will be deducted from your refund.

7) Once we receive your package, please allow approximately one week for us to issue you a refund. We will refund you in the same payment method you used to buy your Press Pass Kit.
